This is so simple to make if you can boil a little chicken stock. The wontons are Bibigo Chicken Cilantro from Costco. Really good for frozen and precooked. On sale right now too.
Boil stock and any veggies for a few minutes. Pickled Chinese mustard or pickled nappa would be somewhat authentic.
Add wontons and bring back to a boil for 3ish minutes.
Garnish with chili oil if you want spicy
