Emails won't get much attention. Call them back and be more assertive. Call the dealer, ask them to get involved or send you another bow. Call Escalade, Inc. the corporate owner of Bear Archery ((812) 467-4449), ask for the CEO and go from there.

Work as hard at getting the bow replaced as you would scouting for that big 'un.
