Actually, the OP is not required to post a price but is certainly welcome (and expected) to post a price. Like any other item up for sale, posting a price helps generate more interest. Not posting a price tends to make people think the price isn't listed because it's too expensive. The choice is entirely up to the OP but the more details you can post, the more likely somebody will be interested. Things like complete price, location such as county, address, etc., GMUs or other applicable information that helps a viewer evaluate the property and potential deal.
