I don't think Nomercy448 meant that his buddy shot his rounds from a .30-06 Topgun 3006. I think he meant someone necked up some .25-06 stamped cases to .30-06 and those got mixed into Bruse's lot of cases when he picked them up. If he was getting blowout that much in the necks, all of his cases would be blown out. Not just a few.
I know what NM448 stated,
but neither of you read the BRUSE #1 post closely enough saying those were two factory rounds, not reloads. He stated he got them out to prepare to reload them and exactly what I stated is what happened. The guy grabbed those two 25-06 rounds and shot them in his 30-06 after BRUSE left those unfired factory 25-06s on the same bench they were both shooting from! It would have been interesting to know where those two rounds hit on the target he was shooting at IF they even hit paper!
