OK guys, this time it's official (I think
). North Carolina swamp gobbler, sat in the rain for 3 days before I finally got one close enough, looked like a drowned rat, tail feathers ripped, thick beard broken off with only a few long strands hanging, and breast area rubbed to the muscles, I think he was mating hard
. 3/4" spurs, 9" beard, weighed 17lbs. NWTF score-50
