Hi,

When there is hunting pressure deer feed mostly at night and bed during the day for the most part. Dawn and dusk are your best times, but dusk is better because the deer will be hungry and by dawn many will have had their fill or wandered off grazing. Also, if you try to get to your stand before dawn, you will spook the deer out that are feeding there, where as if you go in before dusk you can set up and get quiet before they show up.
