Try cycling a whole magazine through the action by hand. I always do this on new calibers I reload for. Do it with several mags, ensure it cycles, and inspect the brass afterwards. It doesn't take much recoil to unseat a bullet if you scimped on the crimp. You probably need a medium taper crimp but check another published source. That could be the problem based on information I received.
