This is what you do. Get you a slice of bacon. Lay it out, put a slice of duck breast on the end of the bacon strip followed by a sliced jalopeno pepper, then a dab of cream cheese, then another slice of duck breast. Then roll the bacon up around all this and secure it with a toothpick, grill till crispy. I garauntee you will never fix it a diff. way. Any questions just ask.
