Yep, Dad had one back in the late 50's and early 60's but it didn't work very well in the red clay soil in our garden. I have the steel wheel for it but I took it off and replaced it with the bicycle wheel. If the soil is the least bit damp, it builds up on the old steel wheel. It doesn't stick and also there's no wobble or squeak in the bicycle wheel.
