Default RE: Anyone shoot DARTON???

Hi Drew,
Like I replied before about which bow to shoot I shoot Cyclone split limb and the Cyclone 3D and have had the Mavrick. Sold it to a friend he loves it. Anyway I shoot alot of tournaments year round, All of the ASA's and the IBO's
triple crown and their world tournaments, not to mention the locals. The Darton C/P/S system is great because if you look at the design of their C/P/S cam on
how almost round they are they really are not a cam. I mean when you look at the rest Hoyts, Mathews, etc they all have a peak point which is where you get
your string stretch from, not the C/P/S cams, their smooth. And lets look at the wall. Hoyts have a screw which loosens up or wears out, Mathews you have to drill a hole in the cam and put some kind of peg in it for a more solid wall.
Not the C/P/S the wall is apart of the cam. Look at the idler wheel. Darton came out with the largest one, look at the rest they now have a large idler wheel
why for a smoother draw and again less string stretch. I put on new strings and
cables when I received my cyclone 3d,it was a color thing I put on green/brown
strings , I have shot for two years with them and they have only stretched
1/4 inch. I'm going on three this year. All in all you can't beat a Darton bow.
I agree with the other guy their service is great. They are under rated, but
after talking with them I see why their so quiet. They don't need to spend big
money to advertise like the others. Their happy with word of mouth. They have
been around alot longer than the others. I hope this helps I'm not the greatest
at explaning things. Good Luck.
