The only time I have ever had problems with the case getting stuck is because of lace of lube. But I have never had one get stuck before. Are you lubing the inside of the case as tula asked? I usually just put a little oil in the lid, and dip the cast neck first into it. I do this every few rounds, lube the outside when it starts to stick a little.
