If I kept it the only thing I would do is urethane the barrel channel and inletting...underneath the grip cap and recoil pad and glass bed the tang ..barrel shank and add some glass at the barrel pressure point...I think that would keep it from moving unless it was in a deluge or I was hunting Alaska/Oregon...
