That's fine, but if you read your post from another person's perspective like the OP that may not know the law, your sentence was structured such that it was exactly as both of us have mentioned and that nontoxic shot was required everywhere because the dove is considered a migratory bird. It would have been very simple if you had just added "if you decide to hunt a WMA" at the end of that sentence to clarify it's not needed everywhere. It's really no big deal and certainly not worth a response that is so long your computer timed out twice, LOL!
