Looks like Illinois is the next PA. I feel for the Hunters of Illinois. I hunted your state many times in the past. What great archery Deer Hunting! To hear what is going on makes me sad. We tried in PA to stop the the BONEHEADS in charge of our once great herd. Part of the problem though is the Hunters who keep buying all the tags that the BONEHEADS offer. Kill.Kill,Kill!
