I've this and Eastmans. I also have the same Dehydrator you do. If you check out my video, you'll see a trick on laying out your meat that will allow you to get a lot more the trays. You can get up to about 7# of jerky sticks on there if you pack it right and air can still flow between them. Another thing you might try is cutting back the water and adding in other things. Hot sauce, Worchesteshire, liquid smoke, all work well and lend new twists to the already great spices.
