It's all I use to make jerky! I've tried other mixes and wasn't happy with them.
I like the hickory, mesquite, and cajun. The inferno is just salty hot by itself, but adds a nice kick when mixed with one of the other mixes. The cracked pepper & garlic was my least favorite.
