Haven't you ever seen a buck where his main beams turn up radically at the tips? I have. In this strange case, the G-3s became the main beam tips. Like I said, because the breaks were pretty much flush with the G-3s. If there was 1" or more of antler past the G-3s, then I'd say it was an 8pt.
