EVERYTHING WORKS..AC,Refrig,Heater,water Heater, TV Oven..etc.
Good SMALL RV NOT over powered so good Gas Milage.
It's an OLDER Design with fabric top that needs rubber coating. I have had to repair the top occasionally (inherrent problem). *Some* water damage cosmetic but right now she's dry.
Again..mechanically SOUND all the way around.
NADA Blue books bewteen (Excellent)$4500-2500 (poor)..
