I posted this in the gun section earlier today...I realized that is probably should have gone here.
Anyhow, I just got one of the guns I've been wanting a long time. Rem 700 Mtn Rifle in .260
So I'm gonna get with my dad this spring (he has the reloading stuff) and work up some loads for it. Looking at all the bullets available in 6.5 - I'm probably leaning towards one of these. Nosler 125gr partition, or the 130gr Accubond, and Hornady 129gr SP Interlock, or the 129gr SST.
I've used the 139gr BTSP Interlocks in my .280 for 25yrs, and they are awesome...both in accuracy, and on game.
Suggestions on a good load for my .260 would be appreciated. Thanks
