Chili one of my favorite meals...make it with Venison, EVEN BETTER!!!
-3 lbs ground venison
-Green Bell Pepper seeded and chopped, Red Bell Pepper seeded and chopped, 3 Green Chili Peppers seeded and chopped, yellow onion chopped
-Add 2 cans crushed tomatoes, 1 can tomato paste, 1/2 can of beer, red kidney beans, dark kidney beans, black beans, 2 table spoons of hot sauce, chili pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, garlic, cumin, parsley, oregano, sugar and a dash of cinnamon. Slow cook 4-6 hours.
Came out really really good, already planning on making some more this week!
