All,

I have been station here in DE since '93 with only a 1 yr break when I was sent to Korea...I have hunted damn near every piece of state land south of the C & D canal....and took some damn nice bucks with my bow, smoke pole and slugger....BUT, the reason I went after private land..and yes this buck is off private...was because I got tired of slob hunters ruining all my homework I would put in on state land...so, I do not feel any slight or guilt taking this buck off my lease. I bust my ass on that land providing assets needed to grow big deer and keep my does in check to make the bucks move. Lastly, attached is my very 1st bow kill in Delaware, a 10pt...off the Little Creek wildlife area on Pickering Beach road. To make it even better....I killed him on the ground still hunting. Good luck to all the rest of the season.
