I have a Spyderco Native in my pocket, but I also use a skinner and fighter/pigsticker crafted by Nick Trout.
I use the Native on an average of 20-30 times a day around here, and I've gutted, skinned and butchered deer with it, so I guess it's my favorite. I can cut a slit under a treerat tail and have its britches off in a NY second with that thang.
