And this is why it belongs in the gun forum. With the 5-4 Supreme Court rulings in the Heller and McDonald cases we can't afford to have the next president nominate a justice that will vote against the 2nd ammendment. The next president will nominate at least 1, possibly 2 justices. At least 1 of those justices voted in the majority in the two recent cases. The next major restriction on our 2nd ammendment rights will not come from the legislative or executive branches, but from the judicial branch.
