How does one keep from buying an expensive broadhead target today, when the combination of arrow and broadhead are running around $25 ?

Recommend a homemade target made for less than $10 or so?
No way. Whose going to believe that. But then I've been making mine for nearly twenty years. Long before arrows and broadheads cost $25 in single combination. Marketing has killed any ideas I had.

I couldn't sell it to a con artist. It's not thick enough, pretty enough or looks like a commercial target. And it'll absolutely never work when a newbie sees it.
