1. Not sure on a entry level camera Sony’s has some cameras that are good in low light. Go tapeless if you can.

2. Self filming is tough to say the least. I would trade off with your pal. Running the camera can be as much fun as hunting

3. We put our cameraman stand about 3 feet higher in the same tree positioned to look over the Bow arm of the shooter.

4. Get a good camera arm. Muddy sells a one for smaller cameras it’s called the outfitter (fluid head sold separate)
