Formed .280 cases years ago. Ridge Runner explained the best procedure very well. Start w/.270 brass, neck up in '06 die, form .280 shoulder in .280 die, load and fire-form. Just make sure the newly-formed case fits snugly into your rifle, with head against boltface, and neck firmly against chamber....
