I think he missed my proposal years ago, "earn a 2nd buck" ie... you would have to shoot a doe in order to shoot a 2nd buck in 1 year, vs. all these guys who shoot 2 bucks and no does, non-residents too, although this is probably a minority of non-residents shooting 2 bucks, but I would like to see non-residents limited to 1 buck, although why limit a non-res to 1 when you can charge them twice the non-res fees? I'm sure that's what IL is thinking... $$
I wonder if that's what happened?? but in no way shoot 2 does just to get your 1st buck tag? I don't think so!
This state has so many cheaters though, so many yocals "sharing tags" or not tagging deer in the first place. Shooting deer and if they don't drop within eye sight they don't bother looking for them.
guys shooting 3-4 bucks themselves and using their kids or wives "tag"
