Yea I have the same problem determining if it's the same deer but the best thing to do is look at a enlarged picture and really look at the characteristics of the deer. I usually try and keep the name simple and so I can remember the name lol. One of my favorite names I came up with for a young buck I got was Jesse it was just the first thing that popped up
