I have a Bear Vapor 300. IBO is 302 fps. I use a Yikes Bowsight instead of a peep. I use a single pin sighted in at 20 yards. From 0 to 15 yards I aim 2 to 3 inches low of where I want to hit. From 15 to 25 yards I hold exactly where I want to hit. Past 25 and up to 30 yards I hold right at the top of the deers back and the arrow hits in the vitals. I don' t shoot deer past 30 yards because where I hunt there aren' t any shots past 30 yards. For this reason I prefer the 1 pin setup.
