NO I'm, not. They are non-effective for deer, and elk, and turkey, probably not for fish, because they are relying on the grvitational aforces of the moon to affect the animals. fidh live in watetr, with is strongly affected by this pull, as in tides, so fish and other aquatic animals may be affected, but not many land animals would be.

They are never effective with deer,elk and tureky, or ducks and geese or black bear - but deer may coincidntally move at times predicte, especially if those times coincide with dawn and dusk, and to a leser degree around noon and midnight, when deer are most active anyhow. coincidences ...
