Cougar Mag was right ....patenice my friend........patentice!! If you are a new hunter your maximum shot is determined by practice. Its the point at which you WON" T miss. If you are a new hunter I would guess 20 yards. Be patenice! 40 yards is for an extremely experianced shooter and with a range finder! Judging distance is so hard and so critical and it is expontentially more important at long distance.
