I think there are two different things at play here. One is that they have not met their production goals. It sounds as if quality is of utmost importance so I agree they should hold off on shipment until all parts meet specs.
Secondly, and more bothersome, is a problem with communication. Someone who ordered a rifle over 6 months ago and has been promised shipment several times should not have to "Call Knight". Knight should be in close contact with these people letting them know what is happening and why. That is called Customer Service.
Art don't think it's a production goal problem at all..the why is simple and 2 words explain it all ( pre order) = pre pay. pre paying is something most custom rifle makers require, not comapny's that mass produce rifles... IMHO this is a $$$ issue! i have not been able find one place online that distributes any of there products as of last week and i looked long and hard. to me this very telling also.. Ray
