To search for and compare the things you are interested in use Cabellas and BassPro. Their prices are generally higher though. Then go to Ebay or Amazon to search for and buy the things you want.

Binocs, I use Nikon Monarchs, they are not as good as Swarovski and some others, but they are close and way cheaper. Bushnell has good products at a cheap price, but you get what you pay for and the scopes won't last as long as something like a leupold or Ziess. Range finders, Bushenell has a good rangefinder, and in the same price range, you will find the Nikon and leupold.

Game calls, check out Hunter Specialties or Primos. They both have good calls. Then, check on Ebay, you will find someone there that has it or can get it for you. If you find someone selling calls there, but they don't have the call you're wanting, email them and ask if they can get it for you.

As far as shipping, USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS. The smaller things your sister could bring back with her. I would think as long as she classifies them as a gift, she wouldn't have to pay a high excise tax.
