Its year round here. The only regs are that during a big game season you are only allowed to hunt with what is in season at that time and have the appropriate tags for that season. Ex. deer gun, deer archery.

Some of the public lands have there own set of regulations but most follow the state regs.

If you get down by the red river they are supposed to be everywhere. I haven't been down there yet but hope to in the future. Plus I could always hit the striper's at Lake Texhoma.
