Demand respect from who/what? I sit in a stand in solitude. Who is there to demand this respect from in the first place? The animals? I dont think they give a damn about ANY of us one way or the other, regardless of whether we are there to hunt deer, ducks, turkeys whatever. They are in no way " impressed" by our stature, experience, prowess or previous records!
