Yeah, I hunt about 30 minutes northwest of Fredericksburg. They had good rain at the beginning of the year, but from August until now, they've had no rainfall to speak of. And, even if they did, I think that maybe, if you scraped together all of the topsoil from the entire 2600 acres, you might have enough good dirt to plant a two acre food plot... I'm not sure how that land supports so many deer. It's all cactus and mesquite and cedar, with a few patches of oaks and persimmons, and a LOT of dust...
