You guys have some good stories...I leave in 10 days for my first elk hunt...Needless to say I' m as excited as a virgin on prom night! I' ve put about $100 worth the ammo thru my gun to make sure it and I are ready. Got my gear all rounded up and ready to be packed, and the Jeep is all tuned up and ready for the 30 hour drive there. Now if I could just concentrate on my work long enough to actually get something acclomplished I' d be doing good. Congrates to all who have bagged one and good luck to all who are headed out to try!
