caution: when mixing deer with pork....must cook well done 160-165....
If you mix it with beef fat, you can eat the deer at 140 degree's, where it taste the best at. deer should look rare at best when its done..cooking deer to the color brown is only good if:
A: you got this meat from someone you do not know.
B: you got this meat from someone and you do not trust their meat handling skills.
