If you're pulling 28 inches and getting the full 45 lbs out of the bow, in aluminum arrows a 1916 would work...29 ich arrow with a 125 grain head.
If you go with 29 inch arrow and a heavier head [say 150 grains] then a 2016 would probably work also. I've experimented some with carbons but not much....I know I was shooting a Carbon Express 90 out of a 47 lb. hybrid longbow with a 175 grain point setup.
