No Meat In Nuts
We have had little rain for the past 3 months in southern Indiana things are very very dry. I have noticed many of the acorns I have cracked open are full of powder or tiny nuts kernels that look black or dark brown. Anyone else seeing this? What will the deer look to as a food source when the acorns are not good? Will this force them into the harvested feilds more than useual? Thanks
