If it all began after installing your new rest, then the rest or adjustment of the rest is suspect. However, just to know that you are starting (tuning) from a good foundation, have your bushings, axles (bent), and axle holes (worn-enlarged. egg-shaped) in limb end checked. Also have bow checked for weakened or cracking limb(s).

Beware! Unless your bowshop is tech enough to actually gauge components the shop may simply jerk, bend, twist, and eyeball the components; and that is " shade tree" repair.
