Looking at my name, you should be able to guess where I grew up. Yes, people with your attitude would come asking for permission to hunt; and the answer for them was always no. Some who were genuine were given permission to hunt game that we did not hunt. One thing about people who live in the country, they can usually spot a phony person a mile away. If you truly don't care about the person and their family, don't ask for permission to hunt their property.
