I'm using the Energizer 2500 mAh 1.2 V D-cell batteries for my Moultrie I-60 trail camera....so far they have been working fine and they last fairly long since its warmer weather, when it gets really cold they don't seem to hold up as good but I always carry an extra set with me when I think they may be getting low and I write the date on each battery so I have an idea of how old they are and how long each one last?I actually have 18 batteries....6 for 1 camera,6 for the 2nd camera and another set of 6 as my back-up batteries that are charged and ready to be used at a moments notice! They have saved me a lot of money in the long run...I'm thinking 2 batteries cost around $9.95 so I got a small fortune stuck in them...please don't do the math for me....I may get depressed!

Any ways if its going to be a while before I can check my trail camera I buy the Dura-cell coppper-top batteries and they have last for over 4 months thru the coldest months of Jan,Feb March and April.
