The only other thing I can think of is maybe I did not dry the barrel enough between cleaning swabs.
I really think that's more likely the cause of your problem, rather than the patch lube. I use straight 91% alcohol for swabbing between shots. Even with that, if I start getting sloppy and use too wet of a patch to swab I start having ignition problems.
