I'm all about being friendly and neighborly and that's what I'll try to do, but if he can't see that his stand is in a place that will cause tension, then other tactics will have to be considered.
Tread carefully. Hunter harrassment laws would apply to a lot of those "other tactics." Plus, he could probably find many ways to mess up your hunting.
