this is what i'd do. most people (not all), are decent folks. if you're nice, they'll usually reciprocate. and if it does work out then you've gotten a little extra ground for the cost of your lease. if not, then put a stand perpendicular to his, directly in line with him and smoke anything decent that walks by.
