Man! I thought this thing would’ve died down by now. The guy has done nothing illegal whether it his land or his lease, at worse he made a bad judgment call on stand placement. It’s time to put on the big boy pants and go talk to the guy. But you need to be civil about it because if you go with an attitude you’re only going to make things worse. Surely you two can come to some agreement that will satisfy both of you.
