Default thinking of switching arrows

I have been thinking of switching to aluminum arrows. I have been shooting carbons but I have been toying with the idea of switching to easton super slam xx78's. I keeping hearing that aluminum arrows will not hold up. I don't really believe that I can wreck carbons pretty dran fast its getting kind of costly. any how I would like to hear from some people who are still shooting aluminum arrows or who have in the past so i can get an idea of what to expect if i switch. I would be shooting them out of a mathews reezen 28.5 in draw at like 67-68 pounds. the main reason i would switch is the money factor and the specs on the super slams is better than what i am shooting. what I have been seeing with the carbons I buy a dozen and every time I get at least 3 that fly like crap. I hate that. and I have tried gold tips carbon express and beeman ics
