There are a lot of things you can use. Fried chicken works pretty well on foxes, a dead whole chicken also. What are they feeding on where you live? You can catch a fox in a live trap but it isn' t going to be easy and you will let a lot of cats, skunks, opposums, and coons go first. Live traps seem to be most effective for fox when they are getting into a chicken house or something similar, set the trap by the house baited with whatever they are eating.
