There was a deer poached in the Dryden area a couple years back. It pushed the world record typical set by the Milo Hansen. It all became irrelevant since it was poached after dark.
The rumour is this deer was shot legally and from the same area of north Western Ontario. Green scores around 209 as a 9 pointer!!!!!!
Supposedly weighs over 400lbs on the hoof. The genetics of this area are beginning to truly threaten Alberta and saskatchewan as the Big Buck destination in Canada.
